JOB DESCRIPTION AND SUMMARY-

 We are looking for an office girl (Filipino) who can handle even a basic receptionist (0563599845)
• Serve guests with greetings, welcomes and appropriate treatment.
• Notifies the company's employees of the arrival of the visit.
• Maintains the telecommunications system.
• Inform visitors by answering or referring to questions.

REQUIREMENTS-

 • Keep the reception area safe and clean by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Monitoring of office equipment / stationery and supplies.
• Prepare and serve guests and staff tea and coffee as needed.
• Assistance in setting up meeting rooms or meeting rooms.
• Help with administrative tasks such as uploading and uploading. • Assist employees with additional administrative work as needed.
• Presentation and elegant.
