JOB DESCRIPTION AND SUMMARY-
• acts as the client's first operations representative contact point.
• Prepare daily planning and scheduling of manpower, tools, equipment and other resources in accordance with production objectives with the approval of the plant manager.
• Ensure that all transaction data in SAP is encrypted.
• Prepare KPI reports for its transmission.
• Always look for ways to increase productivity and efficiency. • Assist the HSE technician in enforcing HSE requirements and provide immediate action in all adverse / hazardous situations.
• Ensure that a good delivery is made to the various operators the next time you transfer.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget by providing valuable information on matters related to areas of work.
• Maintain a safety stock of all required packaging materials.
• Ensure good cleaning in each work area.
REQUIREMENTS-
EDUCATION (all titles, required certificates and preferences)
• Bachelor's degree; better technique
WORK EXPERIENCE (number of years of previous experience, specific field / required practical experience)
• 5 years of professional experience in the same position or as group leader
SPECIFIC SKILLS (eg project management / software products)
• Communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Leadership skills
