JOB DESCRIPTION AND SUMMARY-
• Responsibility for customer orders, shipping, general records, phone calls, e-mails, invoices, work orders, purchase orders, etc.
• Understands numbers and numbers, invoice management, customer service and administrator tasks.
• Act as a sales coordinator and administrator in the service
• Adjust inventory and place orders as needed, and keep your office in an overall clean and organized condition.
• Process and expedite shipments from the United Kingdom and assist the company / accounting system in managing the required documentation
REQUIREMENTS-
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino citizens
• Female, 40 years or younger
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position; better from a construction company or building material supplier
• Applicants must have their own visa
